• Overnight accommodations in the Groom's cottage (up to 7 guests) for the night of the wedding (check-in 10am wedding day, checkout 11am following day)

• Skeet shooting: $30/hour per guest
• Cotton candy machine + supplies: $200
• Popcorn machine + supplies: $200

Note: Overnight stay for Friday is included in this package, but the rehearsal dinner is not included and must be billed separately if selected.

• A refundable security deposit is required for all weddings and will be added to your total.
• The deposit amount is determined by alcohol service during the wedding, and the options are as follows:
  • $500.00 if no alcohol is served
  • $750.00 if alcohol is served
• If the rehearsal dinner package is selected, there will be a second required refundable security fee of $500.00 if no alcohol is being served, $750.00 if alcohol is being served. (This is a separate fee from the wedding security deposit.)
• In order to hold your wedding date, an initial deposit of 50% of the total will be due upon agreement, with the remaining balance due no later than thirty (30) days before the wedding.
• The required event insurance must include the entirety of your stay with us.
• If you choose to add the rehearsal dinner, it is considered part of that same stay and must be included under the coverage.
• For convenience, you may wish to obtain a single policy that covers both the rehearsal dinner and wedding, rather than securing separate certificates.
• The certificate of event insurance must be submitted to Rhonda no later than thirty (30) days before the wedding.
